About Us

Hello and welcome to our web page. I thought we should introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about us. My name is Emily and my husbands name is Wayne. In 2019 Wayne was injured in a road traffic accident and was knocked off his motorbike. This accident left Wayne with a C3 spinal injury and he is paralysed from the neck down. We have carers 24/7. we have had to adapt our lives like so many of you do. This is the reason behind us setting up accessible seascape as we know what's it like to travel and have to take so much equipment with you and also provide accommodation for carers.

We want to provide a home from home experience for you. We hope our knowledge and experience over the years of living with this Injury will help to provide clients with holiday accommodation to meet all their needs and ensure they have a great holiday.

About the Property

We are located in the coastal village of Scratby, just outside Great Yarmouth. The profiling bedroom is located in an annex in the garden, close to the main house. In this bedroom you will find 2 profiling beds, a ceiling track hoist through to the wet room. In the wet room you find a shower bench and a tilt-in-space shower chair and an aqua-clean toilet, an IV stand, a blood pressure monitor, a SATS machine and a baby monitor, as well as a hairdryer, clock and smart TV.

The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 twin beds and the third bedroom has a triple bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and bath (please note the bedroom and bathroom area in the house is not accessible). There is a large open lounge kitchen as well. Off the lounge area, you will find a disabled toilet. In the lounge you will find 2 recliner chairs, one of which is a riser recliner. There is also a mobile hoist.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, utensils, and kitchenware. Bedding and towels provided. Wi-Fi for your use, and pets are welcome.
